Week four totals

Biking: none

Swimming: 3.6 miles

Running: about 23 miles various speeds, various distances. Need to get the heart beat down on the long run. Used Enervitene on my last run - it does have serious pickme up in it. I like Gu better.

Weight at the end of the week: 178 lbs
